Meeting and Pickup
Check-In time is 45 minutes prior to tour time. Umauma Falls Zipline Experience Visitor Center For directions, call 808-930-9477 and press 1 for directions from Kona/Waimea. And 2 for directions from Hilo/Saddle Road.
Redemption Instructions
Located at: 31-313 Old Mamalahoa Hwy. Hakalau HI 96710 Turn toward the mountain on Kauniho Road near mile marker 17 north of Hilo, then left on Old Mamalahoa Hwy. Cross the Umauma River and turn right under the sign "The Umauma Experience" Ages 4 and up. Weight: 35 lbs to 275 lbs. No unaccompanied children under 18 years old. Parent or guardian must remain on-site at all times. Moderate to advanced physical activity, no experience necessary. Expecting mothers and those with serious medical conditions as well as persons with prior back and/or neck injuries are not permitted to participate. Closed toe shoes and knee-length shorts required. All participants/customers are required to sign liability waivers before participating in this activity. Things to Bring/Remember: - Closed Toe Shoes - Camera - Sunglasses - Sunscreen - Swim Clothes - Have Fun! - Cash for Gratuity Check in time is 45 minutes prior to your tour time.
