Meeting and Pickup
Please look for the yellow building with our name and logo on the front, Kohala Zipline. There is also a large banyan tree out front of the parking area. Guests may park for free on the north side of the building in the gravel "eco-parking" lot.
Redemption Instructions
• Participants must be 8 years old. • Weight between 70 and 270 lbs. Participants will be weighed at check-in. • Must be able to walk over uneven terrain and handle one short walk up about 25 stairs. • Guests must wear closed-toe walking shoes. Pants, capris, or knee length shorts are recommended. • If you plan on swimming, please wear bathing suits under your clothing • Minor children require a parent or guardian to sign their participation agreement, and children between the ages of 8 and 13 require an adult to zip with them • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for pregnant women • Not wheelchair accessible Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.
