Duration: 3 hours: Burj Khalifa 124–125 (Non-Prime: 9:00 AM–2:30 PM & 7:30–10:00 PM). Aquarium closes 11:00 PM (last entry 10:00 PM).
Aquarium Inclusions: This Aquarium ticket includes Aquarium Tunnel and Underwater Zoo & Penguin Cove Only.
At The Top + Dubai Aquairum: At the Top 125th floor + Dubai Aquarium entrance Ticket. No transfers included
Both ticket to be used on the same day.

Redemption Instructions
• You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “At the Top - Burj Khalifa” ticket counter. • If you didn’t receive the voucher which includes a barcode/7digit order number from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made. • Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket. • Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays. • Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter/Elevator. • You can enter only at the time slot you choose, once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. • The booking confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.

HOTEL TRANSFER ( PICK UP) IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF THE OPTION SELECTED • If TICKET only option selected - please make own arrangement to "At the Top, Burj Khalifa" ticket counter, located on the lower ground level in The Dubai Mall, opposite the food court. • Please note that the "At the Top, Burj Khalifa counter", Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are all part of the same complex. • Get accurate directions by asking at the Dubai Mall Service Desks or look for signage indicating the direction to the Burj Khalifa. • Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays. • If Ticket + Transfer option selected - The time you have selected will be Burj Khalifa visit time and hotel pick up will be 01 hours prior to the selected visit time. • The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai – Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha/Marina /Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area and Dubai Port Rashid Cruise Terminal and Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal. Additional charges applicable to arrange pick up from any other locations.
