Redemption Instructions

• You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “PLAY Dubai ( VR Park)” ticket counter. • You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made. • If you didn’t receive the voucher which includes a barcode/7digit order number from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the PLAY Dubai ( VR Park) / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket. • Opening Hours Weekdays (Sun – Thu) 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Last admission 09:15 PM Weekends (Fri – Sat) 10:00 AM – 00:00 Midnight Last admission 11:15 PM • VR Park cards cannot be extended beyond validity period. • Restrictions may apply to Experiences and Rides, please check with staff at the ticket counter. • VR Park has the right to change any product without prior notice. • Kindly wear clothes which will cover your knees and shoulders. Avoid shorts or any clothes which will not cover your chest, shoulders, and knees. • VR Park has height restrictions based on each attraction. The Minimum height is 110 cm and if the child does not meet the height policy, it is not advisable to bring them along. • If you're bringing your vehicle to the Dubai Mall, the closest parking is the Cinema Parking in the same building. • Food and drinks are not allowed at any of the rides and games. • Guests must pay an additional 5 AED at the venue for the gaming card

Pickup Information

HOTEL TRANSFER ( PICK UP) IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF THE OPTION SELECTED • If TICKET only option selected - please make own arrangement to PLAY Dubai ( VR Park), located inside the Dubai Mall (Level 2 ), close to the Burj Khalifa. • Get accurate directions by asking at the Dubai Mall Service Desks or look for signage indicating the direction to the PLAY Dubai ( VR Park) • Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays. • If Ticket + Transfer option selected - The time you have selected will be VR PARK Dubai visit time and hotel pick up will be 01 hours prior to the selected visit time. • The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai – Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha/Marina /Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area and Dubai Port Rashid Cruise Terminal and Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal. Additional charges applicable to arrange pick up from any other locations.
