Pick-up & Drop-off Information Pick-up is included only from hotels located in Central Dubai. Drop-off will be at Dubai Mall after your visit to Burj Khalifa. Return transfer to your hotel is not included and must be arranged on your own. Estimated Pick-up Timing: Between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM, depending on your hotel location. Please coordinate with your local tour operator to confirm your exact pick-up time. Approximate Pick-up Schedule by Area: Deira to Bur Dubai: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM Downtown & Business Bay: 9:30 AM – 9:45 AM Al Barsha & Sheikh Zayed Road: 9:45 AM – 10:15 AM JBR, Marina, and Palm Jumeirah: 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM Note: Pick-up is not available from the following areas for shared transfers: Jebel Ali, The Gardens, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Discovery Gardens, Sports City, Emirates Hills, Damac Hills, Dubai Investment Park (DIP), and Green Community. You may choose to upgrade to private transfers for pick-up service from these locations.
