Redemption Instructions
** Important Information** The boat you will be travelling on is called the Sea Breeze. Boarding opens 30 minutes and closes 5 minutes before the departure time. If you arrive after this, you will not be able to board the boat. Passengers that arrive after boarding closes boarding will be marked as a “no show” and refunds will not be issued. Passengers are not allowed to bring their own food and drink onboard. The company reserve the right to change routes as well as start and end locations when weather conditions, shallows or other legitimate reasons so require. We will, as far as possible, inform passengers thereof in a timely manner. We do not accept responsibility for personal items left on the boat. FROM JUNE UNTIL OCTOBER ONLY PERSONS THAT ARE 12 YEARS AND OVER ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE PART IN THIS EXPERIENCE.
