Redemption Instructions

• Dress code is smart casual • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is cancelled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • Current valid ID is required • Minimum age is 18 years Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.

Pickup Information

You will receive a text message the evening before your tour confirming the exact pickup time for your pick up point. Pickup will be between 8:30 and 9:00am to the Mountain and you will leave the Mountain approx 3:30pm to return around 4:30 - 5:00pm
