Meeting and Pickup
We are located two blocks from the Seward Highway. Please look for the Kenai Fjords National Park turn-off signs; we are situated two blocks down on the right, at the corner of Herman Leirer Road and Bronze Avenue.

• Thank you for choosing Adventure Sixty North LLC for your kayaking needs! We are very pleased that you have chosen us for your Seward adventure • You are confirmed for a Bear Lake trip • This is your confirmation and information e-mail. Please read it carefully. Please notify Adventure Sixty North by email or by phone as soon as possible if you require pick up. Notify us as well if you would like to go out in canoes rather than kayaks • All trips depart from our office. We are located on Exit Glacier/Herman Leirer Rd. (31872 Herman Leirer Rd.) Our shop is approx 1/4mi. down the road on the right next to the Exit Glacier Lodge & Salmon Bake Restaurant. This road is located north of Seward, and is well marked with a sign that says Exit Glacier Visitors Center turn off Please feel free to call or email us with any questions or concerns regarding your reservation or for any information on Seward or Alaska. We are always ready to assist our customers and friends and will do our best to answer the questions, or address any issues that may arise. What to bring on a guided trip: NO COTTON PLEASE! Synthetic Base Layers Fleece or Synthetic Jacket Rain Pants and Jacket Wool socks Sunglasses Sun Hat Gloves Water CAMERA! Should you, for any reason, need to change your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you or anyone in your group has any food allergies or medical conditions we should know about, please make us aware so that we can plan ahead. What to Wear: Anything but cotton and jeans! Cotton is the type of fabric that will not keep you warm once it gets wet. Alternatives are any synthetic fabrics or wool. Polypropylene and fleece is great. Bring rain gear top and bottom. Even if it is a sunny day, it is nice to have a shell to protect you from the wind, and a hat to keep your head warm. Footwear: We will provide rubber boots for you. Wear synthetic or wool socks also, and bring extra pairs to change into. There is room in the kayaks for a small day bag, in addition, we will provide you with a small dry bag to put your camera and other possessions in an accessible place.
