Overview

Take about 1 hour’s drive from Beijing airport to Mutianyu Great Wall. Mutianyu Great Wall is one popular section of the Great Wall but less crowded than other sections, well-known for its beautiful surroundings-the dense woods and rich pastures changing colors with the seasons of the year. You will have the option to take a cable car or chairlift up and either return by cable cer or take a thrilling toboggan ride down. After the tour, transfer back to airport or airport hotel.

Traveler pick up is offered. 1: Any hotel located in Beijing is available for pick up. 2: If your pick up point is at Beijing Capital AirPort (PEK), please kindly meet with your English driver at following meeting point: • Terminal 2: In front of Starbucks Coff Shop (Arrival Hall) • Terminal 3: In front of Manner Coffee Shop ( Arrival Hall) Hotel pick up if offered. Itinerary

1. The driver will pick you up at your location. Normally it takes 1.5 hours to get the Mutianyu Great Wall, the start time is flexible. But on weekends or holidays recommend you better start earlier to avoid the crowds and queueing, the admission ticket of the Great Wall is included. When you arrive there, the driver will help you scan the QR code of the Great Wall admission ticket. (Because it’s E-ticket). There are 3 ways to climb the Great Wall : 1: Chairlift up and toboggan down, save both time and labour, easy and funny. 2: Cable car up and down. Save both time and labour, easy and convenient. 3: Walk up , it takes about 40 min. But the chairlift up toboggan down or cable car is not included. If you need the driver will help you to buy it, which is 140yuan per person. Normally people will stay 3 hours at the Great Wall, but this is flexible, depending on your time and strength. Then the driver will tell you where is he going to wait for you. Thank you !!!
