Pickup Information

Meeting and Pickup: Complimentary pickup and drop-off are available for hotels located within downtown Beijing (inside the 4th Ring Road). Your local guide will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time for a smooth and stress-free start to your experience. Airport pickup or drop-off may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before booking. Flexible departure times are available, but we recommend an early morning start to avoid traffic and crowds at the Great Wall. Trip duration note: The drive from central Beijing to the Great Wall takes approximately 1.5 hours to 2 hours. We recommend having breakfast in advance before meeting your driver. Please be ready in the lobby 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Identification: Our driver will hold a sign with the "UncoverBeijing" logo to meet you at the hotel lobby.
