Redemption Instructions
• There are different tour options on our product page, so please read carefully for the Tour Option Description on your ticket/voucher to confirm what you have booked. • The pick-up time in the product page is for your reference only. The exact time will be sent to you one day before your day trip starts. If you haven't received the pick-up message before 18:00, contact the supplier anytime via phone 18240876880 or 029-85236688. • On the tour day, please make sure to bring the same identification (e.g. passport) that you offered us to issue the entrance tickets. • Schedule: The sightseeing order of the attractions may be adjusted according to the real situations of the tour day. • Public Holidays: Please aware there will be large crowds and heavy traffic in Chinese public holidays like May Day from May 1st to 5th and National Day from Oct 1st to 7th. We will do the best to arrange the tour. • You MUST confirm and obtain any visa requirements prior to border crossing. All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler. • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Pickup Information
Free pickup and drop-off at your hotel in Wulingyuan (near the East Gate of the Forest Park) or in downtown Zhangjiajie City. Your pickup time will be confirmed one day in advance. Airport or railway station pickup available upon request. If your hotel is not listed, please specify its name and address in special requirements.
