Pickup Location: 135 Beaver St, Banff, AB T1L 1A1 This is the back parking lot of the Mount Royal Hotel in downtown Banff—often referred to as the Mount Royal Hotel Bus Terminal at the rear of the building. It’s behind the hotel, accessed via Beaver Street.
Redemption Instructions
Please arrive at the designated pickup location at least 10 minutes before departure time. Present your mobile or printed ticket to the driver upon boarding. Look for a vehicle marked "Banff Explorer" or ask for the driver by name if provided. Important: Make sure you are at the correct pickup point listed in your booking confirmation (e.g., Mount Royal Hotel Bus Terminal). We do not wait for late arrivals. Missed departures due to being at the wrong location or arriving late are considered no-shows and are non-refundable. If you're unsure about the location or time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to confirm.
