DIRECTIONS Every pickup point has a unique pickup time. Guests must be ready at their selected pickup point 5 minutes prior to the indicated time below. The designated pick up time is pending the selected departure time. Banff Rocky Mountain Resort at 7:25 AM / 2:25 PM, Canalta Lodge at 7:30 AM / 2:30 PM, Banff Caribou Lodge at 7:31 AM / 2:31 PM, Fox Hotel & Suites at 7:32 AM / 2:32 PM, Red Carpet Inn at 7:33 AM / 2:33 PM, Douglas Fir at 7:36 AM / 2:36 PM, Banff Ptarmigan Inn at 7:40 AM / 2:40 PM, Mount Royal Hotel (Public Bus Parking behind hotel) at 7:42 AM / 2:42 PM, Rimrock Resort at 7:50 AM / 2:50 PM, Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel (Motorcoach Entrance) at 7:55 AM / 2:55 PM, Banff Train Station at 8:00 AM / 3:00 PM, Juniper Hotel at 8:05 AM / 3:05 PM, If no pickup is selected, your pick up will be defaulted to meet at the public bus parking behind the Mount Royal Hotel at 7:42 AM / 2:42 PM. • Hotel pick-up from select Banff hotels is available but you must call to schedule this ahead of time. Transportation will not go to hotels without prior scheduling and confirmation. • All guests should refer to their booking confirmation found in their traveler message centre. If you have any questions surrounding the pick up location please call us at 1-877-565-9372. • Early season (until late May) and late season (from early October onwards) tours do not include Moraine Lake due to road closures.
