Redemption Instructions

All guests are required to arrive 10mins before the the listed tour departure time. There is free parking at the meeting location for any guests. You can also take a local Taxi to the meeting location and/or local public transportation. We suggest contacting your accommodation about transportation to and from their location. Many Banff hotels have shuttles or guest vouchers for taxi's. No Food or Drinks are allowed in the vehicle. Please dress for the weather. We suggest googling the weather a few hours prior to depature so that you can dress appropriately. We will be outside for most of the tour to increase our viewing opportunities.
