Redemption Instructions

Confirmation will be received at the time of booking. Return transportation available from hotels on the South Zone waterfront (Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, Leme) in air-conditioned transport. Passengers not staying in one of the search zones should contact us so that we can provide directions to the nearest pick-up hotel. Please contact the company responsible for the tour to confirm the pick-up time. This tour operates rain or shine. The tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Pickup Information

Hotel pickup and drop-off included from the main hotels in South Zone (Copacabana, Leme, Ipanema & Leblon). Passengers staying in hostels or B&B will be informed of the nearest pickup point and time. Pick up from the hotel takes place before the start time of the activity. If you do not receive confirmation of your departure time, please contact us.
