• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Pickup Information

We will provide your exact pickup time one day prior to your tour. Please note that pickup times are subject to change depending on the number of scheduled pickups and traffic conditions. Kindly consider the pickup time communicated by “Bums On Seats” as the confirmed and correct time for pickup for your tour. For Outer Harbor Pickup, additional charges are applied.
