Redemption Instructions

• Please plan on being at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the meeting time. Missed tours or tickets due to late arrivals cannot be refunded. • Our City Wonders guides will have a City Wonders sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition. • This tour involves a fair amount of walking: comfortable shoes are recommended , a bottle of water and a hat are recommended especially in summer months. • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or mobility impairments on our group tours. • Appropriate dress is required for entry into some sites on this tour. Knees, shoulders and backs must be covered. • Please ensure you inform us in advance of the tour of any special dietary requirements. • Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated! • Please note that infants do not have a reserved seat on the bus. • Luggage and large bags are not allowed on our tours. • City Wonders is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged. Guests should ensure they keep track of their items throughout the entire duration of the tour. Please note that any additional shipping costs related to retrieved items will not be covered by City Wonders
