Meeting and Pickup

Please arrive at the designated cruise terminal (Marco Polo, Diamond Jubilee, or Long Wharf) at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Look for the S-TOUR NB sign or staff wearing official company badges. Have your confirmation email or booking reference ready—digital or printed tickets are accepted. If you have requested hotel pickup, please be in the lobby 15 minutes prior to pickup time. No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the tour without refund.
