Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your direct entry ticket. Simply present your confirmation (printed or digital) at the designated tour start location. There’s no need for a separate physical ticket your booking confirmation is your entry pass for the tour. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time to ensure a smooth check in and a prompt departure. Pickup Information

Your private tour guide will meet you one hour after your ship’s arrival at the bus entrance door of the terminal on Water Street, wearing a blue VGO Tours shirt and holding a sign clearly displayed. For additional peace of mind, the guide will contact you by phone or text the day prior to arrival to introduce themself and reconfirm details. Additional charges may apply for pick ups from locations not listed.
