- Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. - We are able to accommodate guests with mobility impairment or wheelcharis, please make sure to email our Guest Experience team at info@takewalks.com at the time of your booking for proper arrangements. - We are unable to accommodate guests with strollers on this tour. - We ask all guests (including children) bring ID on the day of their tour. - All guests must pass through security. No weapons or large items are allowed inside. - Only small handbags are allowed inside the Accademia Museum. There is no bag check or storage available. - Visitors to the Cathedral must mandatory use Luggage Storage (Piazza Duomo n. 38/r) to leave the following items before entry: suitcases, backpacks, and large or medium-sized bags. - On Sundays, we will not enter the Cathedral of Florence due to Sunday mass. The guide will provide an explanation of the Duomo from the outside. - Due to the religious nature of the Cathedral, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. You can bring extra covering (scarves, etc) to put on just before entering the Cathedral. Walks cannot be held responsible for those denied entry. - Flip-flops, slippers, clogs and shoes with heels are prohibited inside the Cathedral. - Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated. - During Christmas, Easter periods, and liturgical celebrations, due to increased visitor traffic, the Duomo skip-the-line option is not guaranteed. As a result, you may encounter a wait before entering the Duomo.

2. Your Florence tour continues to Florence Duomo. You'll skip the line to enter the Cathedral with your guide which will tell you all about the history and the secrets of this incredible church. If you select the VIP David & Duomo option at time of booking, you'll also gain exclusive access to the Duomo's North Terrace for just you and your small group to explore without the crowds. Then your tour will finish with a climb to the top of the Duomo for stunning panoramic views of Florence.

3. If you chose the Best of Florence option at time of booking, your guided walking tour takes you first to Piazza della Signoria, an open-air art gallery where Michelangelo's David was originally supposed to stand.
