Redemption Instructions

Hotel pickups start 30 minutes prior the booked start time, please contact us to reconfirm the exact pickup time. Upon pickup, you must present your confirmation/voucher and photo ID in exchange for your activity. You can contact us at +52 958 58 10512 or +52 958 58 71211. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Pickup Information

Pickup is available from most centrally located hotels in Huatulco and surroundings, Vacation rentals and almost all points of interest. If your location is not inside of the pickup area we can arrange a meeting point. Please provide your accommodation details as soon as possible. If transportation is not required you will be asked to meet at Santa Cruz Marina, right next to the Skipper's Club. Please note check in is 20 minutes prior departure time.
