Meeting and Pickup
Please meet us at our office located at 150 E. Center St, Suite 103 no later than 6:50 AM. As Arches National Park no longer uses timed entry, traffic & wait times at the entrance can be unpredictable. Departing early helps us avoid delays and ensures the best possible experience for your tour.
Redemption Instructions
CANCELATION POLICY | PARK ENTRANCE FEES | VISITOR CENTERS OUR CANCELATION POLICY is 24hrs even for last minute medical issues. Please purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected medical circumstances that would preclude you from joining the tour on the day of the tour. DO YOU HAVE physical limitations or an existing medical condition? The Moab areas is known for having the most medical rescues in Utah. The rugged footpaths and harsh dry climate of Moab can quickly exacerbate a well managed condition into an emergency. Let us know what we need to look out for so we don't have to guess when an emergency arises. Call us at 435.210.8501 to let us know! WE DO NOT INCLUDE cost of entry into the National Parks into the cost of tours, but entry is free with an existing national park pass (veterans, 4th graders get a free pass that covers up to 4 guests; anyone 62 year or over is entitled to a discounted $20 pass that covers up to 4). As a company we would much rather include the cost, but that would mean we wouldn't be allowed to visit some of the best spots and your visit to these parks would be compromised and incomplete. If you're doing a road trip to many other national parks, you can pick up a park pass at the first park you arrive to. However, if Moab is your sole destination, please do not purchase a park pass ahead of time. Call Moab In A Day LLC directly at 435.695.0595 if you do not have an existing pass to find out about options. WE DO NOT STOP AT VISITOR CENTERS: Our tours are well planned and well executed and filled with amazing sightseeing! In order to optimize the sightseeing time on this tour, we do not make stops at the visitor centers because we believe it's not the best use of the tour time. Good news: the main Visitor Center in Moab at the intersection of Center & Main is run by the same organization as the park souvenir shops with the exact same items and passport stamps. You can shop there like you would inside the parks without the rush!

We pick up from all hotels, campgrounds, AirBnBs within Moab city limits. Pick up from Sorrel River Ranch, Red Cliffs Lodge, Castle Valley, Under Canvas, Pack Creek Ranch takes place at our office at 150 E. Center, Moab, Utah.
