Dear Customer, No further confirmation is required! CAREFULLY READ YOUR VOUCHER: We will take care of everything: pick up, roundtrip to Pompeii, experienced and friendly guide. Everything is included, even lunch, for a hassle-free experience. It is an Exclusive Private Tour only for your group! Do not hesitate to contact us for any needs before or during the tour; we cannot change entrance time slots last minute. Kindly share with us a mobile phone (better with WhatsApp) and check your e-mail a couple of days before the tour; **If you do not receive further messages, the default time pick-up is confirmed!** Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel and inform the concierge you are waiting for the driver. He/she will bring you to the meeting with your guide. In the case of B&B or apartment, stay in the street in front of the civic number. When pick-up and drop-off are at the port, kindly share the ship's name, embarkation, and dismemberment time. The driver will wait at the ship's dock, holding a sign with your name. If your location is not in the city center, you will meet your guide at Gambrinus Bar, Piazza Del Plebiscito. The tour might start with visiting the main sites of Naples or Pompeii, depending on tickets' availability and other variants.
