Meeting and Pickup
The closest metro stops are Dupleix (line 6) & La Motte-Picquet Grenelle (6, 8, 10). We are located on the ground floor of a large freestanding building. Maps/taxis may take you to the front entrance, which is an apartment block. If so, simply walk around the building - we are on the other side.
Redemption Instructions
All participants must be over 14 years of age or older. All of our tours operate rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos for sale in our office. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure. This tour may be a mix of regular bikes and E-bikes Waiver Required Before Arrival. Download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store. If you experience any issues, email sales@unlimitedbiking.com with a screenshot of the problem.
