If you encounter any issues on the day of the tour, such as difficulty locating the guide, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone or WhatsApp. You can find the necessary contact information for the tour below. To avoid any potential miscommunication or missed connections, we kindly but urgently ask that you contact us within max 10 minutes (not later then that please) after the scheduled meeting time. This will allow us to promptly address any concerns and inform you of the guide's whereabouts. Please note that if you contact us after the tour has started, it may not be possible for us to reach the guide, as they may not be able to answer the phone while conducting the tour.
