Redemption Instructions

• Check in at 12.15 pm. Departure at 12.45 pm. Return to the quayside at 2.45 pm. • Go to pontoon no. 5 or 7 for check in and boarding. • Please note that you might to be asked to open your bag, jacket or coat. • Bulky luggage, more than 16 liters in size (small backpacks, handbags and computer cases not included) is not accepted aboard. • Pick-up not provided
