Redemption Instructions

Please advise your preferred pickup time in the Special Requirements field at the time of booking. Please provide a mobile phone number with the country code. For sedan vehicles in Barcelona, a maximum of four pieces of luggage is allowed in total, regardless of size. If your booking is for more than four passengers, this restriction does not apply. We use a range of vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private taxis.
