Pickup Information

After the booking is confirmed, the lead passenger will receive an email from the service provider 2 hours prior to the service start time. The email will include the driver and vehicle details, as well as the flight and destination information provided at the time of booking. Departure Transfer: The driver will arrive at the designated hotel or pickup location 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Upon arrival, an automatic email will be sent to inform you of the exact pickup spot (hotel main entrance or parking area). After boarding, the driver will reconfirm the destination airport with you. Arrival Transfer: The driver will arrive at the airport before your flight lands. The driver will meet you at the International or Domestic Arrival Hall holding a sign with your name and flight number printed on it, so you can easily and quickly locate your driver. After you get in the vehicle, the driver will reconfirm your destination with you.
