Redemption Instructions

Please make sure that you have provided us with the correct hotel check-in name so our staff may contact you via the hotel’s The pick-up time at your hotel is estimated so that our van may arrive at your hotel 5 - 10 minutes prior or after the designated pick-up. Our staff may have to leave the hotel if they are unable to locate you because they must pick up other customers. If this occurs, you will need to transfer we do charge for extra (private car) We are not liable for any liabilities if you miss your trip or activity We advise that you call our office +668 6554 1515 to check on the status of our van if it does not arrive on time.
