Pickup Information

WhatsApp group before the tour we will create a WhatsApp group to share the name of the guide, exact pickup times and practical recommendations for your experience. Transfer in 4x4 vans : All our services to the Mayantuyacu area are carried out in 4x4 vehicles, ensuring safety on the route. Conditions in the rainy season (November to March): During this time, access may be limited and the walk may extend from 3 km to 10 km depending on the conditions of the terrain. This is part of the authentic jungle experience. Punctuality policy: In case of no-show, a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes of the indicated time is granted; after this time the incident will be recorded in the log of the accommodation and the service will be considered provided without the right to refund, exchange or rescheduling.
