Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
The meeting point is at CENTRAL ST. bus stop, in Piazza IV Novembre at the right corner of the main entrance of the Gallia Hotel.
Redemption Instructions
• A current valid passport and visa or a European ID is required on the day of travel • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance • It is not possible to join the tour after it has already left the meeting points. • Dress code is smart casual • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions. • Infants (free ticket) do not have their places booked; they must sit on their parents’ laps • Train itinerary may change to ensure the best experience, so the train ride could start from St.Moritz to Tirano. • The train trip will not be in 1st class (panoramic carriage), but in 2nd class, where you can open the windows to take beautiful photos. • During the tour, you are given a radio system to easily listen to the guide. In case of no return or lost device, you will be charged a 50€ penalty fee • The tour has schedules to meet. To have a suitable experice, respect the schedules given by the guide in order not to get lost during the tour. • In case of non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide, the client will have to return to Milan on his own.
