Your representative will escort you through the terminal directly to the Priority Immigration Lane, allowing you to bypass the regular immigration queues. They will assist with your passport and any required arrival documentation to ensure the process is as smooth and efficient. Once you have cleared immigration, your guide will accompany you to the baggage claim area, assist with locating and collecting your luggage if required, and escort you through customs. They will then guide you directly to your driver or designated transportation meeting point outside the terminal. Guests who have booked additional services such as a Buggy, Hotel Transfer, Visa on Arrival assistance, or other airport services will follow the same arrival procedure, with the additional service provided as booked. Bangkok Departure Fast Track – How It Works Upon arriving at the airport, your airport representative will meet you at the designated meeting point near the check-in area. They will assist you with the check-in process, including luggage and boarding passes where required, before escorting you to the dedicated Priority Immigration and Security Lane, allowing you to bypass the regular queues. Your representative will ensure all travel documents are in order and guide you through the departure formalities quickly and efficiently. Once airside, they will escort you towards your departure gate or airline lounge (where applicable) and ensure you know exactly where to proceed for your flight.

Pickup Information

Arrival: Our guide will meet you at the airbridge holding a signboard with your name. If you’ve booked a hotel transfer, you’ll be personally escorted through the airport to the exit and introduced to your transfer guide.
