Meeting and Pickup
As Brisbane’s closest hot air ballooning company, we offer breathtaking city & countryside flights over Greater Brisbane - Ipswich, Scenic Rim & Somerset. We meet at the Ipswich Visitor Information Centre, just 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD. Third party transfer options available at additional cost.
Redemption Instructions
• Exact meeting/ departure time will be advised in final reservations details forwarded/ emailed to customers within 24 hours of your Viator/ online booking; and must be reconfirmed the night prior to the flight when passengers call Floating Images between 7.00 - 7.30 pm for final flight, time & weather confirmation. • All transfers within our flight program are included for our guests only in our tours (i.e. meeting point to launch site, landing site and to the restaurant if required). Brisbane CBD or suburb pick-up transfers are not included. Your personal Brisbane accommodation transfers to the ballooning experience meeting point (Ipswich VIC) are an additional service and cost. Easy to arrange early morning ballooning transfer options are available for our customers if required, via alternative operators, at an additional cost depending on your budget and preference. Please request details or refer to operators direct website for links. • Comfortable layers of outdoor clothing to match the season, sunglasses, a hat or cap and sturdy shoes for the morning dew or long grass are recommended. No open foot wear or high heels are permitted.
