Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Ask for Plaza Gali in front of "Playa Grande Hotel"; our shop is inside the plaza, behind the OXXO convenience store.
Redemption Instructions
• The listed price does not include a $38 per person for diving gear rental, payable at the time of tour check-in. The fee is required by our local supplier and is not within our control. • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Minimum age is 10 years • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women • Diving within 18 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving.
