Redemption Instructions

If you need to change your pick-up location, please inform us at least 12 hours before the scheduled tour. If there are any changes or delays in the pick-up time, we will inform you as soon as possible. Please make sure to bring the necessary items such as water, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes for the tour. You will need cash for other extra service on the way to the harbor and on the cruise. Please note that all booking confirmed before February 1st, 2026 do not include the Halong Bay entrance fee. The ticket price is listed at 310,000 VND/person. Kindly prepare cash and ask our tour guide to purchase the ticket for you.

Pickup Information

Please ensure that you are ready to be picked up at the specified time and location. The pick-up time at hotels will be between 7:30 - 8:25 AM. The final pick-up point is at Hanoi Opera House at 8:15-8:30 AM. If you need to change your pick-up location, please inform us at least 12 hours before the scheduled tour. If there are any changes or delays in the pick-up time, we will inform you as soon as possible. The meeting point from all hotels inside Hanoi Old Quater or Hanoi Opera House. Guests staying at hotels outside the Old Quarter area will need to come to the Hanoi Opera House meeting point. We hope you have a wonderful time on the tour!
