Redemption Instructions

This reservation is instantly confirmed and the pickup is guaranteed from the hotels in Boracay. Once you've checked-in to the hotel, please make sure you are sharing the room number with us, since it's required during the pickup process. The pickup window is between 9.00 to 9.30 AM and if there's any unforeseen delays in the pickup, please be patient and expect our crew member at the earliest possibilities. Pickup Information

We'll pick you from where you're staying in Boracay and the pickup time is 9:00 AM. Sometimes the pickup time can vary and be earlier than 9:00 AM due to the hotel distance from the tour excursion location.
