Itinerary
1. Begin your morning with the delightful tastes of traditional Greek pies. Meet at Syntagma Square, where you'll be introduced to a variety of pies, including the beloved spanakopita, filled with spinach and feta cheese. Here, you'll learn about the cheese-making process in Greece and taste different types of feta, along with other regional cheeses, accompanied by rich, authentic Greek yogurt.
3. As we make our way to the vibrant Monastiraki area, prepare your palate for an assortment of pastourma and traditional Greek cold cuts. You'll experience the robust flavors and spices that make these meats a staple in Greek cuisine.
4. No Greek food tour would be complete without olives. We'll stop at a specialty shop where you'll taste different varieties of Greek olives, each with its unique flavor profile, ranging from the famous Kalamata to the lesser-known but equally delicious local varieties.
