CONTACT INFORMATION UPON ARRIVAL AT CANCUN AIRPORT When you arrive at Cancún International Airport, please follow these instructions to locate the driver who will take you to your destination: “We recommend downloading the WhatsApp application during your stay in the Mexican Caribbean to facilitate communication and enhance your experience.” Please have your confirmation voucher ready on your phone to show the company representative and your driver upon arrival. - Once you land at Cancun Airport, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message from the company’s airport representative. First, you must go through immigration and customs. We will be monitoring your flight and arrival terminal until you exit. After passing immigration, collecting your luggage, and clearing customs, you will see timeshare and transportation vendors along the hallway. They will try to offer free tours and assistance with your transfers. PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not engage and continue walking). Look for your team after exiting through the main sliding doors; we will be waiting for you in the area where all transportation companies are located. - The company representative will greet you holding a tablet with your name displayed and will be wearing a long-sleeve green shirt. Proceed directly to the exit doors. If representatives from other agencies or hotels attempt to stop you — THERE ARE MANY SCAMMERS — please do not stop and help us by going directly to your representative (we will be there waiting for you, so do not believe anyone who says your team has left or that they will provide a refund). Your airport representatives wear an apple-green shirt and black pants. All your representatives and drivers also carry authorized airport identification. If it takes you more than one hour to exit the terminal after landing due to airline delays, lost luggage, or any other reason, and you do not see your driver upon exiting the airport, please contact us. We are committed to providing a smooth, punctual, and comfortable transportation service. Please note the following policies: - No additional charges will apply if members of your group arrive on different flights, as long as we are notified in advance. - If we are not informed in advance and last-minute changes occur, including extended waiting times or additional movements within the airport, an extra charge will apply due to the additional logistics involved. - If you need a baby seat, please request it in advance when making your reservation (maximum of 2 seats per booking).
