Rainforest Adventures St Maarten - Rockland Estate, LB Scott Rd #59, Cul de Sac, Sint Maarten • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women • Walking/hiking shoes for trail - closed shoes required (no high heels, sandals or flip flops allowed for trails), suntan lotion, rain protection. • Children must have a height of minimum 52 – maximum 80 inches and weight a minimum of 100 pounds to do this tour. • Weight Range: minimum 100 – maximum 275 pounds
