Meeting and Pickup
We will be parked outside the front of the hotel at the time a representative mentioned the day prior. Please be advised, we have a strict 5-minute wait policy. Guest who do not arrive on-time, will forfeit their seats. We do not refund guest who do not meet their assigned pick-up time.
Redemption Instructions
Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Time and location will be send via email, text, phone call or hotel notification a day prior to experience departure.
Pickup Information
Please provide hotel details. If your hotel is not listed please type it in the text provided. We pick up at most all hotels in downtown Boston ONLY. However, you may be asked to meet at a specific location if your hotel is too far outside the city or we need to reduce the amount of stops. It is best to exit the city in a smooth, timely manner. We also try to be as considerate as possible to all guest in the vans. Thanks for your understanding. We have a strict 5-minute wait policy. Guest who do not arrive on-time, will forfeit their seats.
