Information for the customer (Know before you go) - Please check your email the day before the tour for important details from Rosotravel, your tour operator. - The cycling route depends on the selected option, so you can customize your experience. - We kindly ask you to arrive at the meeting point early, as you will need time to pick up and set up your bike. - The guide will adapt the cycling pace to your group. - Please note due to limited availability of bikes the max group size is 3 people. - Entrance tickets, snacks and drinks to attractions are not included in the price. - We will rent adult city bikes from a rental shop. Let us know if you’d like us to rent helmets, child seats, helmets and other equipment to enhance your experience. - When making a booking, please indicate how many children are in your group and provide their ages, so that we can arrange suitable children’s bikes for your group. - The tour will take place regardless of weather. - For individuals with disabilities?
