Itinerary
1. A royal residence in London and the administrative headquarters of the King. Receive a full oratory of the Palace history and the opportunity to take plenty of photos. Note: this is an exterior visit only.
2. Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. The most important building of the political theatre of Britain. You will be given an insight into how this magnificent 19c. Gothic-style structure fits in and works in the modern day to day running of Great Britain. Note: this is an exterior visit only.
3. This is one of London's most famous landmarks. We will take a good look at this most fantastic building and its surroundings and hear about its grand history. Note: this is an exterior visit only.
4. The oldest surviving palace of London. A fortress, a prison, a place of execution. Home of the Crown Jewels, and the most haunted place in England?! Walk alongside the River Thames and explore the Tower and its history from the perimeter. Note: this is an exterior visit only.
5. The Monarch's Church and resting place for Kings and Queens. Every Monarch has had their Coronation here since William the Conqueror. Get an insight into this medieval building. A real historical gem. Note: this is an exterior visit only.
6. The centre of London. Where Londoners gather for New Year Eve and for any victorious celebrations of sporting achievements. This famous London Square was not named until 1835, and is today dominated by Nelsons Column, which is guarded by 4 magnificent lions. Walk around and explore the history, statues and surrounding buildings.
