Outside Hanoi Old Quarters: For guests staying outside the Hanoi Old Quarters, we regret to inform you that our standard pickup service does not cover these areas. However, we can still arrange your pickup for a supplementary surcharge. This additional charge will vary depending on the distance and location of your hotel outside the Old Quarters. Reconfirmation and Pickup Details: To ensure smooth and timely arrangements, we kindly request that you contact us at least 48 hours prior to your travel date to reconfirm your booking.
