Redemption Instructions
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • Elite Limo shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, weather, road conditions and breakdowns. • Elite Limo assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle. • In the event Elite Limo is unable to provide one of its employee drivers for your ride, Elite Limo may contract with a qualified affiliated company to provide the service. In that event, a referral fee will be charged in lieu of a service charge. In such instances, Elite Limo will strive to ensure that the driver receives appropriate compensation for providing the service. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

All of our services are billed “garage-to-garage”, meaning that time is added to a trip to account for the vehicle’s travel time en-route to a pick-up, and back to its point of origination.
