Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

Pick up from the hotel takes place before the start time of the activity. If you do not receive confirmation of your departure time, please contact us. It is not recommended to book appointments on the same day as the tour, as the return time may vary according to the traffic conditions. All passengers must pay a boarding fee of R$10.00. The fee must be paid separately and only in cash. The value of the boarding fee may be changed without prior notice. Therefore, we recommend carrying an extra amount of cash to avoid unforeseen events. The journey takes about 4 hours both ways.

Pickup Information

Pickup and drop-off from the main hotels in Rio de Janeiro’s South Zone (Copacabana, Leme, Ipanema & Leblon) - if pickup is not available at your location you will be directed to the nearest available pick-up point. Pick up from the hotel takes place before the start time of the activity. If you do not receive confirmation of your departure time, please contact us.
