Redemption Instructions

Please show your boarding ticket to the driver to check-in. We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before departure time. We do not wait for late arrivals. No refunds for no shows. Unless pickup option was selected at booking, please meet at the Fredericksburg Visitor Center at 302 E Austin Street, Fredericksburg, Texas. Our sapphire blue Executive Shuttles will be located in the back parking lot of the Visitor's Center. There is usually ample parking (free) for your vehicles in this parking lot.

Pickup Information

Tours start on time at the time listed and we cannot wait for late arrivals. No refunds or reschedules are allowed for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour for any reason. When you complete your booking online you are specifically agreeing to the no refund within 24 hour policy. We can pick up from local Fredericksburg hotels or BnB's with 24-hour advance arrangements for an additional fee. Pickup times from local hotels begin 45 minutes prior to tour time. Choose the option with pickup when booking your reservation for pickups at your location within 5 miles of town. Regular boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure at the Fredericksburg Visitor Center, 302 E Austin Street, Fredericksburg, TX, 78624. Call for additional options. **Please note - a Valid Phone Number is required. We contact guests for Lunch menu selections/dietary restrictions and pickup times if a hotel location is chosen. Customers who do not provide a valid contact phone number risk cancellation.
