For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Please note: Pick up is only available from the Hilton Queenstown or Kawarau Hotels in Kawarau Village for a transfer fee.  • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Pickup Information

Please note we will provide you with an exact pickup time when you have chosen your hotel. If your hotel is not listed, please advise your accommodation details and we will get back to you with the nearest pick up point.
