Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive 20 minutes before departure. Busan Yachting Center is under construction and may be crowded. Follow the fences toward the sea. When the waterfront is ahead, find Gate 4 on the left. Walk 20m to the gold YACHTPIA yacht. If absent, it will return about 10 minutes before departure.
Redemption Instructions
YACHTPIA !!! When you arrive, please come to Gate 4 (Pier 4) of Busan Yachting Center in Haeundae, Busan. Walk all the way inside through Gate 4 and look for 'YACHTPIA'. Give your reservation name to our staff, and they will guide you. The Yachting Center is currently under construction, so some areas may be crowded or temporarily blocked by fences. If you encounter a construction fence, please walk around it and continue toward the waterfront. Once you see the sea directly ahead, you will find the numbered gates along the waterfront. Please look for Gate 4. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your departure time so our staff can check you in and prepare for boarding. Look for our gold-colored catamaran with the "YACHTPIA" sign near the boarding dock. If you do not see the yacht when you arrive, it may still be on the previous tour. The yacht will normally return about 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time, so please wait near Gate 4. Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis for open seating. If you are traveling with an infant under 24 months (free of charge), please bring a document showing the child's age (a copy or photo is fine). Important — please check your email after booking: Due to the nature of yacht tours, seat availability can occasionally change after booking (for example, if a departure becomes full across multiple channels). If any adjustment to your reservation is needed, we will notify you by email within a few hours, usually offering an alternative departure time. To make sure everything goes smoothly, please check your email inbox within 24 hours of booking and add our contact to your safe senders. If we are unable to reach you and your booking cannot be accommodated as originally scheduled, we may need to offer an alternative time or a full refund.
