BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL ✈️ Check your meeting point - Personalized reception: Our staff will be waiting for you at the corresponding terminal with a sign bearing your name. If you prefer a group name, please let us know. - Communication: We recommend downloading WhatsApp or having an active network connection to ensure smooth communication / Get 5% off Holafly eSIMs. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ⚠️ - This service is for groups arriving on the same flight. If you arrive on separate flights (maximum 2), please send us the flight numbers in advance so we can organize the itinerary and meeting point at no extra cost. - If you do not inform us in advance that you are arriving on multiple flights, and there is additional waiting time due to lack of information, or if you provide the wrong flight number, the service will be charged as new and must be paid in cash to the operator. Service will be subject to availability. - Notify us of any flight changes to ensure smooth service and avoid extra costs. ADDITIONAL STOPS - Please let us know in advance if you require a stop at a supermarket or another location. - We allow one stop of up to 15 minutes at no extra cost. GRACE PERIOD FOR DEPARTURES ⏳ - We allow a maximum grace period of 10 minutes for departures or transfers. After that time, it will be considered a “NO SHOW.” IMPORTANT ❗ - Our price is per van, not per person.
