For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
The time shown is your tour time, NOT the hotel pickup time. Hotel pickups begin approximately 60-120 minutes prior to this time depending on the location. The hotel pickup time varies based on distance. Our logistics team will reach out to advise on the specific hotel pickup time.
Redemption Instructions
Upon arrival, please go to our Customer Service Desk to present your ticket. After you have completed your e-waiver and you have been checked-in by a Customer Service Agent, you will receive a wristband for your tour and be directed over to the waiting area to await your tour guide. It is strongly recommended that you complete your e-waivers prior to your arrival in order to be directed to the fast-track line. IMPORTANT: Same day bookings are NOT guaranteed transportation to the location.

We DO NOT collect from the Cruise Terminal. Transportation provided from hotels and air bnb's is a shuttle. The hotel pickup time will vary based on distance. Our reservations or transportation logistics team will reach out to the guest to advise on their specific hotel pickup time. Please make sure to check your email for this information. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. Should guest(s) not require transportation, they can head directly to the Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park for the specified arrival time. IMPORTANT: Same day bookings will NOT be provided transportation to the location.
